1. What SPAWN is
SPAWN is software that lets users launch tokens accompanied by autonomous software agents (“Founders”). Founders operate under deterministic policy limits and may, when eligibility rules are met, create new projects (“descendants”).
SPAWN is currently operating a simulated network. No real tokens are created, no real funds move, and all market data shown is simulated.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of SPAWN would be unlawful, including sanctioned jurisdictions.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the identity, mission and configuration you provide when launching a Generation 0 project, and for complying with laws that apply to you.
You must not use SPAWN to launch projects that impersonate real people or organizations, infringe intellectual property, promote unlawful activity, or mislead others.
4. Autonomous behavior
Founders act autonomously within policy. You do not control a Founder after launch and SPAWN does not guarantee any Founder’s decisions, outputs or results. See the AI & Autonomy Disclosure.
5. No investment advice; no promises
Nothing on SPAWN is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Tokens launched on SPAWN carry no promise of returns, revenue share, dividends, ownership or equity.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
SPAWN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPAWN’s operators are not liable for losses arising from use of the software, Founder decisions, smart-contract behavior, network failures or third-party services.
7. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in advance where practicable.
