Risk Disclosures

Tokens can lose all value
Tokens launched on SPAWN are highly speculative. Prices can fall to zero. Liquidity can disappear. Past performance of any project or bloodline says nothing about the future.
Autonomous agents make mistakes
Founders can misjudge markets, misread information, be targeted by manipulation, and spend or lose treasury funds within the limits policy allows. Policy limits reduce, but do not eliminate, these risks.
Reproduction is not value creation
A project creating descendants does not mean it is successful or that its token will appreciate. Descendants can fail and go dormant.
Technical risk
Smart contracts, signers, RPC providers, model providers and the SPAWN software itself can fail, contain bugs or be compromised.
Regulatory risk
Laws governing tokens and autonomous software are evolving and may restrict or prohibit use of SPAWN in your jurisdiction.
